Sausage loops are necessary for hanging sausages on the frame for further heat treatment of products. They are made of polypropylene.
In meat processing industry following types of sausage loops are used:
- single piece loops for manual and semi-automatic clippers
- loops on tape in reels for semi-automatic and automatic clippers

A-width of loop opening, B- step, C – extension length of a loop, D – length of a loop
